This 1h30 to 2h00 practical workshop is designed for anyone looking to learn freehand sharpening on Japanese waterstones.
Whether you are a beginner or have prior experience, it provides essential foundations, guided by a qualified instructor, to help you develop your technique with confidence.

Step 1: Book your time slot to drop off your knives.
This guarantees you a moment to explain and discuss your needs, receive personalized consulting services and enjoy a distraction-free customer experience.
This also maximizes my working time to meet new customers, make deliveries and complete sharpening work.

Step 2: Follow the indications to reach my workshop
The workshop is located in the basement of the building 4309 D'Iberville Street, see photos.
Enter through the parking lot across from 4345 Frontenac Street, before the intersection with Marie-Anne Street East.
Step 3: Sharpening, Repair and Maintenance Service
Sharpening turn-around times vary between on the spot same-day and 5 work days, depending on the volume of work I have.
More time may be required for repairs. We can discuss this when you drop off your knives
Step 4: Check your email for the invoice
Once you receive the invoice, the knives are ready for pick-up
Payment can be made via the invoice or on-site: debit, credit, or cash.
Step 5: Book a time slot for your pick up.
This reservation guarantees time to explain the completed work and hear more about the maintenance advice for your knives.
