Single Bevel Knives:

Prices vary depending on the condition of the knife and time required to complete the work from the list below:

  • Reshaping and/or maintenance of the primary bevel

  • Maintenance of the uraoshi (the thin flat rim on the backside of the knife)

  • Sharpening of the cutting edge (micro secondary bevel)

This type of repair helps the edge retention and facilitate cutting through dense food.

  • Surface polishing

  • Superior aesthetic finish
